Thermal calibration data for the K-band focal plane array receiver. Single pixel. 01/08/2009 Ward, Norrod, Simon Notes: 1. This is the second set of measured data using the type II single conversion downconverter. 1a. Used cold LN2 box with absorber (medium size blue absorber) and 300K absorber (small size grey absorber) over feed. 1b. Roger set up his python script routine and we used it for these measurements instead of the M program. 2. Also, we removed the LO doubler and used the HP 63640 high frequency synthesizer. This was done to see what effects are caused by the LO doublers high freq roll-off. 2a. A 6000 centered, 1280 wide filter was installed at the receivers IF output. 3. All measurements done using Roger's python routine, along with the HP E4418B power meter. 4. The band covers 18000-280000, 52 steps. 4a. LO1 is stepped from 24000 to 34000. 5. Used 80K for cold temp. Used 296K for hot load temp. 6. 300/40 filter in the total power box. We did not use the 401, 402 amps. We seemed to get less stability when they were used. The power meter is connected just after the 300/40 filter. 7. See set-up drawing in notebook, dated 1/8/09 for details.
