Cycle 1 status As of 6 May 2016: Of 198 (69) total high priority and DDT projects, 137 (49) are completely delivered, 51 (19) partially delivered. There were no observations for 10 (1). Parentheses are the NA numbers. 60 refereed published papers include Cycle 1 data, 5 include Cycle 1 DDT data. Including papers on arXiv, there are 77 available papers with Cycle 1 data. Including papers placed on arXiv but not yet accepted, there are 482 citations among 77 papers which have a citation. All are published in 2014, 2015 or 2016. Of the top 20, 13 are mostly Eu authors, 5 are mostly NA authors and 1 is mostly EA, 1 mostly Chilean. Among the 77 available papers, 26 are by NA authors, with a total of 155 citations. 38 are by Eu authors with 268 citations. 15 are by EA, CL (2) or other authors, with the balance of citations. Two of the four highest cited Cycle 1 papers are from NA: Watson, D., Christensen, L., Knudsen, K.~K., et al.\ 2015, \nat, 519, 327 (Eu) Capak, P.~L., Carilli, C., Jones, G., et al.\ 2015, \nat, 522, 455 (NA) Simpson, J.~M., Smail, I., Swinbank, A.~M., et al.\ 2015, \apj, 799, 81 (Eu) Leroy, A.~K., Bolatto, A.~D., Ostriker, E.~C., et al.\ 2015, \apj, 801, 25 (NA) I would say that NA has achieved a significant impact from its Cycle 1 ALMA data. Eu does seem to have been doing somewhat better here.
