  • Release TAC Info.
    • GBT. ToneyMinter needs the adjustment in time recommended by the SRP for one proposal. This has a significant effect on the pressure plots. DanaBalser will ping the SRP chair.
    • VLBA. MarkClaussen has not started the process yet but should have this completed by early next week.
    • VLA. BarryClark should have the pressure plots generated soon and can start on the narrative if GustaafVanMoorsel cannot get to it by the end of the week.
  • PST TAC Meeting Page
    • Holdover proposals. RickLively has already edited this file; no holdover proposals.
    • Add TAC Members. MarkClaussen will add the SRP member who will act as chair pro tem in the NGA panel since the current chair cannot attend the TAC meeting.
  • Large Proposal Telecon. Scheduled for 7 April (Friday) 10:00-11:30 EDT, 02:30-4:00 EDT (08:00-09:30 MDT, 12:30-02:00 pm MDT). DanaBalser will get contact numbers from JessicaUtley and check that WalterBrisken was included in the emails.

    • Technical Support. MarkClaussen will provide contact info for the agenda and schedule tests with the two remote TAC members.

  • PST 18A. RickLively will have little time for work on the PST in 18A. We agree to have PST requirements, or a heads up about big changes, by 13 April. We will discuss these at the TTA meeting on that date. RickLively will update the 18A filter in JIRA and inform DanaBalser when completed. Related is potential PST work to accommodate changes in the review system. The last few years has seen significant overloads in some panels that has caused us to adapt at the last moment. We are discussing ways to modify the current system but need to discuss this with the TAC and therefore will not have requirements until later. The plan is to continue as usual in 18A if there is significant software required. We will discuss plans within the TTA group on 13 April.
