Disposition Letters. RickLively contacted PaulMarganian and they are working to get the GBT disposition letters in the PST. The public bit has been set so this is just the population of the Disposition letter page.
Helpdesk Tickets. Thus far 19 18A submitted proposals (1 GBT, 12 VLA, 6 VLBA). There have been 18 proposal helpdesk tickets, most related to the telescopes and not the PST. There were 5 account tickets (not including add my affiliation tickets). GarethHunt has continued to add some institutions if they are trivial. N.B., please resolve the ticket when you think you have converged. JaredCrossley raised the issue that he will eventually be the only person dealing with Account tickets and thus a single point of failure. After the deadline he will train DanaBalser on how to deal with these tickets in the future if necessary. ToneyMinter reported that he received feedback about the many mouse clicks necessary to input min/max LST for Sessions. This should be moot if we remove Sessions in the future.
PST Review Items. RickLively has completed the script to exclude Mustang 2 technical justifications. ToneyMinter will read the default text. RickLively will test this on webtest, with help from DanaBalser, after the deadline when we copy production to webtest.
PHT Requirements. RickLively reported some JIRA issues with filters. He has recreated the PHT 18A filter. Both AmyMioduszewski and BarryClark have gone through the list and set priorities which appear to be orthogonal. MarkClaussen will have a look and the three of them will try to converge on a prioritized list.
SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen has 6 vacancies to fill. He has had a lot of declines. He will start to call folks tomorrow if necessary. Here is the current breakdown:
AGN: 1 supplemental (1 request out)
SSP: 1 regular (1 request out)
ISM: 1 regular (1 request out)
ETP: 3 supplemental (4 requests out)
VLA Resources 18B: LorantSjouwerman reported that in 18B we will offer P-band spectral line (modifications in GOST), and frequency averaging for continuum (data rates in the PST).
