  • Call for Proposals. Most everything is in place. One possible issue is the VLBA plot. Two new sections have been created to shorten the News & Opportunity section.
  • Documentation. The GBT is done. The VLA is essentially done and is being released. The VLBA is uncertain. Some minor changes need to be done for the PST.
  • PST Testing. All items have been tested. One issue that arose is to add Chandra as a Joint proposal. This cannot be completed for 16A. We agreed to add a short note to the PST General page pointing them to the PST manual. We will instruct users to include the Chandra info in the Technical Justification page. We will investigate whether we can manually add this info to the Review pages. The plan is to work on PST review items in July and then consider further work based on PHT priorities.
  • PHT Priorities. There are two classes of items: those that we would really like and those that we would be nice to have. BarryClark and GustaafVanMoorsel will have this list ready for the next TTA meeting and we will prioritize the PHT items and the remaining PST Review items. One item from the TAC was to provide a better report. BarryClark produced an example report where each page had all of the relevant info for one proposals. He will add this info to the JIRA ticket. DanaBalser will send the extra data columns suggested by the TAC. One policy issue was raised. BarryClark suggested we include the Sponsored proposals in the PHT pressure plots. ToneyMinter noted that we cannot do this for WVU Sponsored proposals since there is a clause in the MOU saying the TAC cannot see it so it will not bias them. DanaBalser will check with TimBastian about the SHAO MOU. Regardless, it would probably be best to have the pressure plots consistent.
  • SRP/TAC Recruiting. Only two SRP vacancies remain. All TAC vacancies have been filled.
