PHT Status. No work yet on the main item: fix csv files for TAC/Director's review. RickLively thought there was only the issue for the Director's review but GustaafVanMoorsel put something in for the TAC csv file.
Large Proposal Telecon. On schedule for 7 October; the exact times are TBD. We agreed to still discuss the GBT Large proposals even though KarenONeil and ToneyMinter will not be available due to another commitment. If there are questions about GBT scheduling we will deal with these via email or at the face-to-face TAC meeting.
TAC Meeting
Logistics. So far 5 TAC members have confirmed that they will attend; 1 TAC member will not attend; and 2 TAC members have not yet responded. Please let JessicaUtley know if you will be attending the TAC meeting.
Technical Support. GarethHunt is coordinating the technical support and has started conversations with the appropriate folks in CV. We will need to handle at least one remote TAC member.
VLA Prioritizer. Nobody had a chance to test out the new version of the VLA Prioritizer that BarryClark put on webtest, but several should have time in the next week to do so. There was some discussion about various parameters that could be tweaked. These are contained in a configuration file; folks should talk to BarryClark. It would be nice to plot a correlation of the priority wrt the linear rank score. GarethHunt did this a while back and will distribute examples to the TTA group. We need to maintain the old version of the VLA Prioritizer so we can make comparisons. The topic of having a check box in the PST for the user to indicate that they could use filler time or not was brought up. This was received positive feedback from the User's Group, but no decision has been made yet.
AOB
RickLively noted that we should start thinking about software requirements for 17B. A new version of JIRA is out and he will add 17B to it.
We will discuss the PST requirements document on removing Sessions from the PST at the next TTA meeting (29 September).
