CfP. DanaBalser and LewisBall have iterated on the NRAO Introduction and News and Opportunities sections. AmyMioduszewski will check the status of the other sections. She will also coordinate that the links to the OSS will be updated before the CfP is sent out. LorantSjouwerman reported that most of the links in the CfP should be using the go.nrao.edu and therefore point to the correct place but we should of course check. MarkClaussen reported that they should be done with the LBO CfP by Friday. They are checking that all of the links are correct.
PST Status. DanaBalser will update the documentation.
(3926) Source Validation: There appears to be a bug in the calculation of the maximum El that is trapped during validation. RickLively will investigate.
(3927) Calculate min/max LST: This appears to be working fine. There is one minor issue when changing the Elevation. When you click okay on the popup that informs the user that they need to re-calculate the min/max LST, the cursor is hung with the "save" image attached. RickLively suspects this may only occur for linux versions and will investigate.
(4061) Synchronizing SCT and PST source import/export: LorantSjouwerman is currently testing this item. He will send an example file to DanaBalser for additional testing.
SRP/TAC Recruitment. MarkClaussen reports that LewisBall has sent out requests for ETP and SSP chairs. MarkClaussen has several requests out for SRP members. We should treat the additional SRP members for ETP and AGN in the same way. MarkClaussen will be conservative and tell them that they will likely have to serve based on past experience but there is a chance that they will not have to do so. DanaBalser will send an email to JayLockman confirming that he has one ISM SRP member to recruit and for a status update.

Metrics. GarethHunt identified four joint external triggered proposals that were allocated time for both the external facility and the VLA that did not receive VLA time. BarryClark will check if these proposals did not receive time because they were not triggered.
