  • CfPs. ToneyMinter released the GBO CfP website for review. He will double check if he needs any assistance in sending out the email newsletter. DavisMurphy has released the LBO PDF for review. MarkClaussen will communicate with DavisMurphy about sending out the email newsletter. WalterBrisken and MarkClaussen agreed to using the VLBA scheduling account to send the newsletter. The NRAO PDF is available for review. Please provide feedback by 28 December 2016.
  • PST. LorantSjouwerman noticed a discrepancy between the VLA P-band defaults in the CfP versus the PST. He submitted a JIRA ticket and RickLively will update the PST. LorantSjouwerman, MarkClaussen, and DavidFrayer agreed to test any remaining PST JIRA tickets by 28 December 2016. There are a few VLA ECT tickets that still need to be checked. LorantSjouwerman reported that GOST is ready.
  • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that he has filled half of his vacancies. There remains 2 in SFM and 1 in ETP to fill. DavidFrayer reported that he has filled 1 of 4 vacancies with invitations out to the remaining three. JayLockman will attempt to fill the 2 vacancies in AGN at the AAS meeting as usual.
  • TAC Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that LewisBall has filled the 2 SRP chair vacancies in NGA and SFM.
