    • Science Program. Draft science programs are available for review for the NRAO and LBO. The plan is to make these public tomorrow (Friday, 19 May) after the public bit is set.
    • Disposition letters/Priorities/Public Bit. RickLively explained this process. There is a button in the PHT, which is telescope dependent, that copies to the PST the disposition letters, the hours allocated for priority A, B, and C, and (hopefully now) sets the public bit. BarryClark will push the button for the VLA and MarkClaussen will push the button for the VLBA when convenient tomorrow (Friday). After this DanaBalser will make the Science program public for the VLA and MarkClaussen will make the Science program public for the VLBA.
    • Active Triggered/Large Proposals. Main.Heidi Medlin will update the active Triggered proposal page, and AmyMioduszewski will update the Large proposal page. DanaBalser will update project web pages for the Large proposals.
    • Newsletter. LewisBall and DanaBalser have converged on the newsletter text and sent it off to MarkAdams.
  • 18A
    • Timeline. The current timeline squeezes the Individual Review time by one day to avoid Labor day and extends the TAC process by one week to accommodate the GBT workshop in October. Because of scheduling issues the GBT will not be ready to release info for the TAC by the Large proposal deadline. The current plan is to deal with GBT proposals at the face-to-face meeting. Please send any issues on the timeline to DanaBalser.
    • PST Status. RickLIvely released items on webtest. DanaBalser will review these next week. There was some discussion about improving the LST calculator. This has not be released on webtest since it is not clear how best to proceed. BryanButler thinks this is pretty important since there are still issues with folks getting the wrong LST range and in most cases should use our calculation. This may not solve the problem since proposers can override the PST calculation or use a different LST range in the OPT. BryanButler will work with RickLively to converge on how best to improve on the current implementation.
    • Proposal Deadline Dates. DanaBalser reports that LewisBall has decided not to change the deadline dates to be the first Wednesday of the month given the short window after the disposition letters are sent and the NSF AAG deadline for the A semester. Several other suggestions were made: move the deadline to the last Wednesday of the month; move the August deadline to July (different length semesters); etc.
    • SRP/TAC Recruitment. No major changes here. We have two TAC members to recruit and 6+ SRP members to recruit. MarkClaussen will take over the SRPs from DavidFrayer in 18A and we are waiting to hear if JayLockman will continue to recruit. MarkClaussen has not yet started the process.
  • AOB
    • VLA Data Reduction Workshop. HeidiMedlin noted that the VLA data reduction workshop is during the week of the TAC meeting. This will have some impact but is not a show stopper.
    • Account System. GarethHunt noted that he received four institution requests this week. Also someone has to take over monitoring the account system. This should be discussed with LewisBall offline.
