  • 16B
    • SRP Telecons. The SRP telecon dates are set. JessicaUtley will moderate all but one telecon for which SarahWood will do. We have almost converged on the science support schedule (DavidFrayer still needs to confirm dates). The plan is the schedule a tentative telecon for the ad hoc GMVA/AGN panel.
    • Science Review Status. No major issues. Some confusion since we have two AGN panels but the software does not know it.
    • Technical Review Status. Appears to be going fine. One issue from LorantSjouwerman when importing the technical review. RickLively fixed this bug. We agreed to test that the export file can be imported without errors.
    • PST Review Tickets. Two items remain.
      • Not GMVA Filter. RickLively needs to add this to the Reviews Summary page. The filter is working fine on the other pages.
      • Export Individual Review. RickLively needs to filter out proposals with conflicts; otherwise it looks good.
    • PHT Tickets. JenPlank has released several items and these are currently being tested. So far so good. She is also working on the export button for the TAC meeting.

  • AOB
    • Export Info for TAC. ClaireChandler asked about getting a csv file to prepare for the TAC meeting. This is well before the TAC meeting and therefore the export button discussed above will not suffice. RickLively has produced this for MarkClaussen in the past and he will pass this along.
    • my.nrao.edu. This server was taken down yesterday for maintenance. Unfortunately there were problems with the replication to CV and GB. StephanWitz proposed that we take my.nrao.edu down again for about 1 hr tomorrow (19 Feb) at noon (MST). All agreed that this time was okay and it was best to get this fixed sooner than later. StephanWitz will check with several other groups and then send out an email to the TTA list confirming that this will occur.
