  • VLBA Sponsored Proposals. MarkClaussen sent out the disposition letter emails. He will send these to RickLively to import into the PST manually.
  • VLBA Large/Triggered Proposal Pages. MarkClaussen will review these pages for accuracy.

  • CfP. Draft versions for the VLA, VLBA/HSA/GMVA, and GBT sections are available for review. TimBastian and DanaBalser are working on the News & Opportunity section. Please review the links on the Useful Resources & Tools section. One issue is how to incorporate ALMA into the GMVA for the CfP. AnthonyRemijan is organizing a meeting to converge on a plan.
  • PST Status. DavidFrayer will send out an email to TTA opening up the PST for general testing. BarryClark has tested the LST calculator and so far it looks okay; others should test this as well. GarethHunt will be testing the account tickets today.
  • PHT Status. The plan is to start working on these items in mid-January after the PST review items are completed. One issue for 17A is how to handle data volumes which has been a high priority in the archive but not as much up-stream. This requires work in the PST. DavidFrayer will add this on the list of items to consider for discussion in 17A.
  • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen summarized the status (see below). Since he did not get many suggested candidates from the NRAO staff he has followed up both internally and externally. For ETP he will investigate soliciting scientist outside of this hemisphere due to the large number of conflicts in this SRP. DavidFrayer suggested we might solicit candidates for the SRPs more broadly (e.g., in the eNews, at the AAS Town Hall).
    • EGS (3 vacancies): JayLockman plans to recruit at the AAS meeting.
    • AGN (3 vacancies): JayLockman plans to recruit at the AAS meeting.
    • NGA (3 vacancies): DavidFrayer has requests pending.
    • HIZ (2 vacancies): DavidFrayer filled both vacancies.
    • SSP (3 vacancies): MarkClaussen has filled one vacancy with requests pending.
    • ISM (2 vacancies, one for 16B only): MarkClaussen has requests pending.
    • SFM (2 vacancies): MarkClaussen has requests pending.
    • ETP (2 vacancies): MarkClaussen has requests pending.
