SRP Telecons. There are three more telecons left. So far they have gone okay. Some issues with late reviews that delayed the process for NGA and SFM. BarryClark reported that ETP went okay. Any more people would have make it difficult to manage. The plan is for all reviews to be finalized by Monday, 20 March 2017, but this may slip given the current status of some SRPs.
PHT. No action required for 17B. We do not need any tests between NRAO-GB PHTs since the disposition letters are sent separately now. So we only require export of data from PST to PHTs which has not changed. GustaafVanMoorsel commented on one JIRA ticket involving source conflicts. This will be considered in 18A. BryanButler noted that the precommitted time for VLASS in 17B might have to be altered in the PHT for the pressure plots. Currently the distribution is assumed to be uniform with LST but this might not be optimum. He will accelerate this estimate with a hard deadline of Friday, 24 March.
Large Proposal Telecon. JessicaUtley will poll the TAC on the best time for the telecon. Since the NGA chair will be unavailable for the f2f TAC meeting he is being replace by an SRP member who will attend the telecon. Also, since the HIZ chair is conflicted on the one Large proposal in this SRP, a chair pro temp from this SRP will attend the telecon.
Attendance. There will be 6 TAC members in person (including the one replacement for NGA), and 2 TAC members remote. From CV DanaBalser, LewisBall, and GarethHunt will attend. From GB ToneyMinter (plus 1) will attend. KarenONeil will attend remotely.
Logistics. JessicaUtley is taking care of travel, lodging, and reimbursement. LoriAppel will handle coffee breaks and meals. She has reserved the auditorium.
Technical Support. MarkClaussen has agreed to be the contact (offline).
AOB
PST 18A. LorantSjouwerman has some items that he will submit to JIRA.
PST sans Sessions. Some testing has been done for GBT proposals when RafaelHiriart was in GB last week. The VLA version should be ready for testing soon (Friday). DanaBalser will send out an email with the appropriate info. The plan is to test with the TTA group first and then expand to within the observatory. A subset of the User Committee has already done some testing.
