CfP. The NRAO and LBO CfP text should be finalized by COB, 26 June 2017. The CfP is 30 June 2017 around noon. We discuss some issues with joint external proposals. LewisBall suggests we ask if the external facilities could contact their users to make them aware of these agreements, in particular for the 18A NRAO/GBO/LBO CfP. MarkClaussen notes that the information contained in the external facility CfP are out of date vis-a-vis the joint external program. Specifically Fermi seems to be outdated. Chandra was recently updated. GarethHunt and JaredCrossley will send the recent plots they generated about the demand and success of joint external proposals to the TTA group. GarethHunt will check if any successful joint external proposal did not receive VLA/GBT/VLBA time (e.g., it was priority C and was not executed). LewisBall questions if we should treat this differently (e.g., like Large proposals to make sure they get the time).
PST Status. DanaBalser will check for any VLBA/GMVA specific tickets and pass them to MarkClaussen for testing. Three tickets still require some work.
(3926) Source Validation: needs more testing.
(3927) Calculate min/max LST: the solution for improving the UI for the min/max LST calculation is not optimum due to the way the software is structured but it will have to do. Needs more testing.
(4061) Synchronizing SCT and PST source import/export: the SCT is being edited to include catalog names for the VLASS and we need to update the PST software. The current implementation on webtest produces some spurious errors that we need to remove else we may confuse the user. ToneyMinter is concerned that the export file format will change. LorantSjouwerman will confirm with RickLively whether or not the export format will change.
SRP/TAC Recruitment. LewisBall reports that we should recruit the three extra reviewers for ETP and AGN is the usual way with the exception that they may not be needed. He will try to recruit the ETP SRP chair from continuing members, whereas for the SSP SRP he will recruit from outside the current membership. There was some discussion about the User's Committee meeting and recruiting. A goal of 30% female was reasonable since it reflects the current population. MarkClaussen will contact JayLockman to make sure they are on the same page, and Maura M. about possible pulsar reviewers who are not part of NANOGrav as potential reviewers.
