Postmortem. Everything went fairly smoothly. Main issues:
Withdraw icon disappeared before the deadline. RickLively created a JIRA ticket.
One scientific justification could not be uploaded. ToneyMinter fixed this by converting the file to a different format and then back to a pdf format.
One proposal would not print. MarkClaussen fixed this by expunging the bad characters.
Many people could not find their institutions even though they existed. Need to improve the interface.
Timeline. The schedule has been updated since the Director cannot make the 4 May date for the Director's review. We have moved this to 13 May (Friday). We have also pushed back the day to release the email disposition letters to 18 May (Wednesday). If there are significant changes from the Director's review then we may need to adjust this date.
Telecon Schedule. JessicaUtley reported that all of the SRP telecons have been scheduled. One SRP member still has not responded to the Doodle poll or the many emails. Two SRPs have only one 3hr telecon, and two SRPs have both telecons on the same day.
Science Review Status. Relatively smooth so far. We had two SRP chairs that had to have their date filter set to the current semester on the Reviews Summary page. RickLively will submit a JIRA ticket to fix this next semester. Since they cannot change the filter setting (only a PST admin can do this) they cannot view the current semester's conflicts status. We have received the typical helpdesk tickets to update conflict info. Only a handful of SRP members have not self declared their conflicts.
Technical Review Status. No issues so far. MarkClaussen has used the new feature to view the technical justification info on the review page. Works fine for him.
PST Issues. Two items left:
"Not GMVA" Filter. This filter option has been added to the Panel Reviews and TAC pages. DanaBalser will start testing once RickLively moves the review cycle forward on webtest.
Export Individual Review. RickLivley is still working on this ticket to export the individual review info to a file so that SRP members can view it during the SRP telecon.
