  • 15B
    • TAC Preparation Status
      • Tools
        • PST. The last review item has been tested and released. The PST is ready to move to the next phase in the review process.
        • PHT Status. The several items planned to be completed are not done but they have converged on a solution for 15B.
        • GB PHT. Everything is ready.
      • Supporting Documents
        • TAC Guidelines. This document is currently on Plone and available.
        • GBT. Should be available by 13 April.
        • VLA. Should be available by 13 April.
        • VLBA. Should be available by 13 April.
        • Status of Current Large Proposals. There are no major scheduling issues with the current large proposals for 15B. DanaBalser will talk with TimBastian about the status reports.

  • 16A
    • Additional Requirements? No new requirements. Several issues were briefly discussed.
      • VLA Data Rate. For spectral line projects the data rate is in GOST and thus not electronically available in the PST. In the long term we need to include this in the PST.
      • DDT and Resources. BarryClark proposed updates to the documentation to discourage users from submitted DDT exploratory proposals when they cannot be serviced in the current semester. We have not yet converged on this issue. It would be useful to talk about it during the TAC meeting when many are in CV.
      • Proposal Type. In light of a discussion about large proposals in Socorro, BarryClark proposed via email a restructuring of proposal type. This is a longer term issue but we should not forgot it.
