  • Timeline. No objections to the timeline. ToneyMinter noted the GBO EIS second meeting may occur sometime between March-May 2017.
  • CfP Info. No report on the NRAO. LBO is in good shape. GBO is making progress. DanaBalser will check that any text concerning external agreements (e.g., HST) are consistent between the observatories. ToneyMinter will send a list of links he needs from GBO to NRAO/LBO to DanaBalser and MarkClaussen along with the GBO link.
  • PST. Not much progress on general testing. MarkClaussen will start testing soon. GustaafVanMoorsel will help with VLA tickets. GarethHunt is working on the account tickets. Work on sending udb-admin tickets to the main helpdesk is going well and might be released next week.
  • SRP Recruitment. No report on extragalactic SRPs. MarkClaussen reported that he has sent invitations to 5 of the 6 vacancies in the Galactic SRPs. One has declined so he needs to send two more.
  • TAC Recruitment. No report.
