Joint External Proposals/Technical Justification. Based on past TTA minutes we had agreed to create a new textbox on the Technical Justification page specifically for input about the external facility (e.g., HST). This was not reflected in the JIRA ticket and so was not completed. We updated the PST documentation to tell proposers to use specific, existing textboxes for this purpose. We will add the new textbox next semester.
DDT/EPO. The new PST release now includes an option to select EPO for a DDT proposal. TimBastian and DanaBalser need to include a policy statement about how this should be used. There are both internal (e.g, the Single-Dish summer school in Green Bank and the classroom time in Socorro) and external uses.
Helpdesk. There were two issues with the helpdesk. (1) Since before Christmas the helpdesk was not working in GB. This turned out to be a DSN lookup problem and is now fixed. (2) There was a helpdesk test during the day of the CfP that was suppose to be for 1 hour, starting at 11 am EST. It turned out to be more like 4 hours. The main problem was that this test was not widely announced (including people involved in SUS), and most people only found out about it a day before the test. This has been communicated to those running the test.
URL Redirect/Plone. DavisMurphy noted that we had redirect links in the CfP and that these are not necessary if all info is in Plone, which manages any changes. LorantSjouwerman pointed out that the redirect links are for external tools such as the PST and GOST. To be consistent we used the same links in the CfP. We agreed that it is better to be consistent.
PST Status. No issues so far.
SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that he has 3 remaining vacancies, one each for SSP, SFM, and ETP (though there is some flexibility for one recruit who could fill one of several SRPs). DavidFrayer reported he has filled HIZ and has 2 vacancies for NGA. JayLockman reported via email that he has filled once vacancy for EGS, so he has 2 vacancies for EGS and 3 vacancies for AGN.
