Directors' Review. No changes were made to the program by the Director. Some highlights and action items were discussed. One involved improving communications with our users on how to propose for HSA time; specifically about how long tracks are difficult to schedule. This was included in the CfP but this was not sufficient. We discussed adding this text to the PST as a pop-up window when HSA is selected in the VLBA Resources. RickLively said this would be easy to implement in 18A and so he will create a ticket and MarkClaussen will provide text.
PHT. The following items were discussed:
Directors' Review CSV File: this has been fixed and tested.
PHT->GB PHT Ping: communication between these two tools is no longer necessary and the "ping" has been turned off on both sides.
Disposition Letter UI: still needs some work.
Public Bit: this is in place and the public bit will be set when the allocated time is transfered from PHT to PST.
PST Status. RickLively reports that we are on schedule to release on 15 May. Only a few more high priority items remain. The GBT resources are complete and there is now an option to print the 2 page cover sheet.

Check Box: BryanButler reported that a user who received some filler time in 17A complained that this time was useless since it was not sufficient to do the science. Why not have a way to communicate this in the PST? This is the infamous "check box" issue.
Sessionless PST: The VLA and GBT prototypes have been tested. RafaelHiriart is working to release the VLBA version soon. Once tested we will discuss any changes to the requirements. Currently the only issue is to include a startup overhead. Once we converge the requirements will be finalized and sent to DMS.
