  • 17A
    • Postmortem. Fairly typical. The server was a bit slow at times on Monday but otherwise okay. There were 30 helpdesk tickets from help.nrao.edu. There were several bugs reported in the PST and ECT. Some were fixed, others will be fixed for 17B. There were 70+ udb-admin tickets involving the account system. It would be nice to release the new account system sooner than later to mitigate these problems.
    • Release Proposals for Review
      • PST Review Items. Four of the six tickets have been released. The issue with having two chairs on an SRP will be done for 17B. The issue concerning the dismissal of a dialog pop-up could not be reproduced and will be monitored.
      • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that we filled the last SRP vacancy. We will have many more vacancies to fill for 17B. Also, we have a TAC chair for 17A.
      • Technical Reviewers. ToneyMinter reported that he was able to import technical reviewers for the GBT but that some of the proposals were missing in the Reviews Summary page. RickLively will investigate after the meeting. MarkClaussen has not yet imported technical reviewers for the VLA/VLBA but should be on schedule to finish before the release tomorrow (Friday). MarkClaussen will update the technical reviewer guidelines on Plone (with info from ToneyMinter for the GBT), and DanaBalser will check the science review documentation.
      • Science Categories. DanaBalser and MarkClaussen have converged of vetting the science categories and have updated the PST. The ETP SRP has the largest load but it is under 60.
    • PHT Requirements. GustaafVanMoorsel will confirm that any ticket listed as "resolved" is indeed completed and close the ticket. He then will prioritize the list putting the csv tickets at the top. We agree, given the limited resources this month, to just complete the csv tickets. If there is time available RickLively will just do down the list. In parallel BarryClark has been working the on VLA Prioritizer software. ToneyMinter reported that the GB PHT seemed to be working fine.

  • AOB
    • RickLively plans to copy the PST database at the end of the day. When this was done earlier this week many other problems arose which may or may not have been related to the copy.
