Science Reviews. Five of the eight SRPs have delayed their deadline but should have plenty of time before their first telecon. The three remaining SRPs are almost complete.
Technical Reviews. ToneyMinter reported that the GBT reviews are complete; he has some minor editing to perform on one. MarkClaussen reported that he and BarryClark are going through the technical reviews and have made some changes. He also has to change the text for cases that have no review performed since the default is not quite correct. They expect to be finished by COB Friday and will email DanaBalser when done.
Release Info to SRPs. DanaBalser has sent draft letters to JessicaUtley and once the scores are normalized and the Panel Reviews page created she will email the letter to the SRP. DanaBalser reported that one SRP chair noted that they have a "Mark Complete" button on the Review Summary page. We discussed if this was a bug or not. There were no radio buttons per reviewer which is visible for a PST admin. It was not clear if this button was originally included so the chair could complete reviews on their end. RickLively will investigate.
SRP Telecons. JessicaUtley reported that the SRP telecons are all scheduled including the administrator and technical support. Since JessicaUtley will run all of the telecons she will make sure there is a backup in case of emergency.
PST sans Sessions. The prototype should be available for general testing within the TTA group sometime next week for the VLA and GBT. RafaelHiriart is in CV this week chatting with folks and tweaking the software. He will be in GB next week to work with staff there on the GBT side. The plan is to generate some GBT sessions for PaulMarganian to test by Monday.
