GBT. ToneyMinter is behind due to the power outages in GB. He may not be able to complete the preliminary assessment for all proposals by Monday but he will have enough info the the large proposal telecon.
VLA. BarryClark is almost ready with the PHT output table, that now includes the additional columns. He plans to circulate his more comprehensive report for large proposals to get feedback from the TAC during the large proposal telecon.
TAC F2F Communications Test. ClaireChandler and MarkClaussen were able to successfully test WebEx. We will need to test it with each individual to make sure they have the proper software on their local machines. MarkClaussen will also test the polycom system with the two TAC members who will connect in this way. NRAO folks not attending the meeting will dial into video as usual.
CfP date. Given that the AAS starts soon after 1 January for 16B, we tentatively plan a release day of 4 January (Monday). This will be before the NRAO town hall. There will be no special session by the SUS group on proposing at the AAS this year.
PST Priorities. DavidFrayer led the discussion of the various 16B items. There are only a handful of updates for the telescope resources. These requirements are still pending in some cases, but there are no major items. The recent ticket to add a technical review box for joint external proposals may require some GB software work. One alternative is to use existing text boxes and update the queue. There is also always the issue of testing when changes like this are made since we need to trap copied proposals. We discussed removing this option. It would save us time but it is popular with our users. The ticket to include a checkbox to indicate that some data would be useful was brought up again. GarethHunt summarized some of the issues with the user database and highlighted several JIRA tickets. We did not complete the list and will continue this discussion at the next TTA meeting.
