TAC Reports/Disposition Letters. TAC reports were published and the disposition letters send on Wednesday. No issues so far and no high level feedback. The X-proposal EOI was also sent out the day before with know issues thus far.
Science Program. DanaBalser will put this together and publish it sometime early next week with help from DavisMurphy.
Disposition Letters/Time PHT -> PST. MarkClaussen will push the button sometime on Monday and inform the TTA group.
Update Public Bit. RickLively will run the script to update the public bit once he receives the email from MarkClaussen. The code to do this at the same time we push the button to transfer disposition letters/time needs to be debugged.
Update Active Triggered/Large Proposals. AmyMioduszewski will update the Large proposal page and either update the Active Triggered proposal page or have HeidiMedlin do it.
SOS. DanaBalser reported that JimBraatz does not want the PHT to send out the SOS emails but he prefers to do it. GarethHunt, RickLively, and JaredCrossley will discuss offline how best to provide the email list in the future and whether or not to do this in the PHT or using scripts.
CfPs. We agree that all NRAO/LBO text will be finalized by 22 June (Friday). The plan is for the call to go out on 29 June (Friday).
SRP Recruitment. There are currently 7 vacancies: 1 NGA, 1 HIZ (BrianMason); 1 SSP, 1 ETP (AmyMioduszewski, letters out); and 2 EGS, 1 ISM (MarkClaussen, letters out or soon to be sent).
PST Testing. RickLively has released many items for testing. We agreed to push back the date for general testing until 11 June and to complete testing by 25 June. LorantSjouwerman has already provided some feedback; the pulsar additions look reasonable.
VLA ANY Configuration. Some discussion about how VLA proposals with ANY configuration are treated in the future. AmyMioduszewski reported that unless specified in the proposal that they were only considered for the current semester.
TTA Meeting. No meetings on 7 June or 21 June. The next TTA meeting will be 14 June.
