PST. LorantSjouwerman reported that a handul of tickets were submitted over the last week, mostly involving technical issues. There was one ticket sent to a different helpdesk department that we should move to the proposing department. DanaBalser reminded folks to please resolve these tickets since the response time is reported in our metric reports. AnandCrossley will investigate if this is still true.
Account. AnandCrossley reported a few password reset tickets and many institution tickets.
PST Review Items. RickLively reported that four tickets are done. Three tickets remain but this should not stop a release next week.

SSA-5764 Modify semester selection for sessions:
SSA-5765 Sorting when sessions are split across multiple semesters:
SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that the 20B recruitment is done. Gender stats are that SRP members are 56% male and 44% female, whereas for the TAC this is reversed. The last vacancy was difficult with about 5 or 6 recent rejections. We agreed that another article in the newsletter on how to voluteer as a reviewer would be useful as we start recruitment for 21A.
PST Discssion. The question is do we create tickets for these items to then be considered at the next prioritization meeting.
Time to allow RCT screenshot in addition to GOST (or in place of)? We agreed that the user should be able to upload either RCT or GOST. LorantSjouwerman will create a ticket to update the PST inline documentation.
Too many clicks to get to technical reviews editing. We agreed this should be low priority. LorantSjouwerman will create a ticket.
Should we include something somewhere (TJ ?) in the PST about checking the archive? No clear consensus on how to proceed but we agreed that we should not add any software work. MarkClaussen will at least check the current documentation.
Should we move the VLBA "support" box somewhere else? We agreed not to make any changes.
Should we extend VLBA "support" to a more general user support area/region. The answer is no.
Rest frequencies vs. sky frequencies in PST. TBD.
Report of co−I able to unsubmit (at least Large) proposals after the deadline. TBD.
Documentation updates. TBD.
External Data:BryanButler requested that we discuss how best to get external proposals (e.g., global cm VLBI) into our system. Also, how to add CO-Is after the proposal has been submitted. DanaBalser will add this discussion to a future meeting.
Deadline Mondays:LorantSjouwerman suggested we not have deadlines on a Monday. This was discussed in the past and the SSR director decided not to make any changes.
TTA Meeting: No meeting next week. The next TTA meeting will be 13 February 2020.
