  • Timeline. We briefly discussed the timeline---thus far no issues. The plan is to finalize this at the next TTA meeting and then send it to the TAC.
  • Pre-announcement. ToneyMinter added a couple of GBT items. The original plan was to send this out on 4 June 2025, but we agreed that it would be better if this went out after the eNews article this month which will have an article from the Director about proposal caps. So the current plan is to send the What's New article out in the afternoon on 6 June 2025 (the eNews article will go out in the morning on 6 June 2025). DanaBalser will communicate this with BrianKent. We briefly discussed adding (1) GBT project data storage going from 12-24 months to 3-6 months, and (2) the need to submit a helpdesk ticket to retrieve most GBT data from the "archive". We decided not to do so since there will be a separate article in the eNews about GBT project data storage and we found some information in the AAT about needing to use the helpdesk for GBT data.
  • CfPs. DanaBalser reported via YlvaPihlstrom that the VLA and VLBA pages are in progress. ToneyMinter reported that the GBT page has been drafted and reviewed. AnthonyRemijan noted that we need to remove IXPE from the New Opportunities page.
  • SRP Recruitment. DanaBalser reported via AllieCosta that we still need to fill the following vacancies: 2 EGS, 1 LLA, 1 HIZ, 2 SSP, and 1 GWT.
