TAC Meeting Postmortem. DanaBalser summarized the discussion with the TAC at the postmortem. There were two main issues: scheduling of the TAC meeting and the support of students in proposals. DanaBalser will get TAC input when scheduling the next TAC meeting date. We discussed the history of dissertation plans and that VLA configurations played a role to keep continuity for proposals over multiple configurations. Several points were made: (i) good to have something concrete like a dissertation plan; (ii) undergraduate and master's students also can have a thesis and thus a plan; and (iii) a PhD is pretty fundamental to a person's career and therefore different. There were two more minor issues discussed by the TAC: too many conflicts on some panels and how will the new TTA Tools deal with students for dual-anonymous reivew. AmyMioduszewski will send the PCO and GWT SRP chairs a list of the returning SRP members so they can suggest candidate SRP members who will have fewer conflicts. DanaBalser will see what other observatories do, in particular ALMA, vis-a-vis dissertation plans and dual-anonymous.
Directors' Review. The Directors' Review is 5 May 2021 at 10am EDT (8am MDT). All materials have been sent to DanaBalser. AmyMioduszewski will send DanaBalser the VLA pressure plot to check and he will let her know the VLA pressure.
PST Testing. DanaBalser summarized the proposal on the table: TTA will get 4 weeks effort (20 days, assuming 5 days per week). Currently there are 6 days for resource issues and the rest can be used to clean up some of the more pernicious bugs. This extra software effort will require more testing. RickLively will propose a test plan with a schedule once the SSA prioritization meeting is done.
HSA:EmmanuelMomjian noted that we will probably be adding HSA stations in 22B and will need modifications in the PST.
