  • 20B
    • Science Program. DanaBalser and ToneyMinter reported that the science program has been published for the NRAO and GBO, respectively. The GBO science program can be found through the past proposals link.
    • Disposition Letters/Time to PST. RickLively reported that the VLA and VLBA disposition letters and time have been transfered to the PST. He has copied over the GBT disposition letters but is still working on the time. The plan is to use a GB web service that was written to verify GBT proposal metrics. In principle we can use this service instead of the DDT script. ToneyMinter will check out the querries from both RickLivey and AnandCrossley to verify that the results from the GB web service look good.
    • Public Bit. RickLively has set the public bit for the VLA and VLBA. Once the GBT time has been uploaded to the PST he will set the public bit for the GBT proposals as well.
    • Active Triggered/Large. MarkClaussen will update the VLBA proposals on the Large proposals page and will chat with HeidiMedlin about updating the VLBA proposals on the Active Triggered proposals page.
    • Newsletter. DanaBalser reported that the newletter article has been sent to MarkAdams.
  • 21A
    • Timeline. ToneyMinter questioned if the deadline to finalize SRP scores, after the SRP telecons, was realistic. DanaBalser noted that we often do not make this target, but we have been a little unlucky with SRP telecons being scheduled toward the end of the telecon window. Regardless, he prefers to keep this date as a goal with the realization that it may slip. We agreed a few days delay at this point in the schedule should not be a problem for 21A. DanaBalser will send the timeline to the TAC chair.
    • NRAO CfP Template. DanaBalser reported that DavisMurphy will create an NRAO call for proposal template.
    • PST CfP Ticket Status. RickLively reported that all major items are ready for testing on webtest. Most are complete. The GMVA ticket may have issues when copying an old proposal. LorantSjouwerman will start testing after the sky survey work is done.
    • Review Tickets. We discussed how best to organize the tickets for the review. DanaBalser recommended that we have a way to separate the PST and PHT review tickets. RickLively noted that DMS is trying to standardize the labels and the we should not be using the fixed version for our discussion but after we have set the priorties. LorantSjouwerman felt the labels were in flux and this was confusing. RickLively and LorantSjouwerman will create a prescription on how to view these tickets in JIRA and send this around to the TTA group. ToneyMinter reported no development for the GB PHT this semester.
    • SRP/TAC Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that BrianMason has finished recruitment for NGA and HIZ SRPs. He has made no progress for his panels. AmyMioduszewski reported some rejections for her panels. DaleFrail reported that he will start working on the SSP chair vacancy soon. We have recieved 24 new volunteers since the newsletter article. There was a negative remark about the quality of the reivews over the past few semesters from one of these volunteers. MarkClaussen will reach out to them for more information.
  • AOB
    • User's Committee Meeting: DaleFrail summarized the main comments related to TTA from the User's Committee meeting. Overall, the response was positive. The one main issue was a metric they requested: the ratio of the requested hours to the approved hours (priority A,B) as a function of semester. This is similar to the pressure plot: ratio of the requested hours to the available hours (wall clock minus maintenance, etc.) as a function of semester. For the GBT there were some large spikes (during some A semesters) that did not show up in the pressure plot. DaleFrail will send ToneyMinter an email with the details.
