TAC Info. ToneyMinter, MarkClaussen, and AmyMioduszewski reported that they should be able to generate TAC info for the GBT, VLBA, and VLA, respectively, by 8 April so the TAC can begin their preparations for the Large Proposal telecon.
Large Proposal Telecon. DanaBalser reported that he sent out the Large Proposal info to the TAC and will include logistical info with the release on 8 April. MarkClaussen noted that SO-220 was reserved for the meeting.
Agenda. We discussed several issues concerning the agenda. ToneyMinter has agreed to host the reception at his house (with a backup in the lounge). We agreed to go offsite for the dinner; ToneyMinter will send around three potential places with menus. The time of the GBT tour will have to be flexible since the maintenance days are dynamically scheduled. We have to be off the telescope by 4pm. The tentative plan is to do the tour on the second day from 2:00-4:30 pm.
Logistics. There will be 8 TAC members and 7 NRAO people attending in person. NRAO folks should use the GB reservations system to book a room and use the account number provided by JessicaUtley.
Technical. DanaBalser reported that he submitted a ticket to setup Zoom for the one remote TAC member. There may be issues since there are regularly scheduled meetings that overlap with the TAC meeting that use Zoom. They are in the process of working this out.
PHT. RickLively reported that he had to hardwire the VLA configurations in the PHT for the Any configuration ticket. AmyMioduszewski reported that she has tested this on webtest and it appears to work. The user interface is a bit clunky since changes do not happen automatically and the Session order appears to be random. MarkClaussen noted that he cannot see the VLA sessions for HSA proposals that include Y27. RickLively will have a look; this may be due to the fact that a master version has not yet been created.
No TTA meeting next week. The next meeting will be on 11 April 2019
