  • 19A
    • PST Release. RickLively summarized the status. The critical tickets have been released and tested. He will try to work on several of the other tickets after the CfP release. He placed the remaining tickets in 19B. The plan is for RickLively to review the PST items today and release the 19A version tomorrow morning. We discussed several tickets.
      • SSA-4871 Polarization display: some question about the data rates not changing with polarization, but LorantSjouwerman noted that the number of channels would change and this was the expected behavior.
      • SSA-4638 Enable 4 Gbps recording mode as Shared Risk: MarkClaussen reported that this looks good. Some initial issues with flagging HSA proposals but this was fixed.
      • Technical Justification Tickets: Need to check TJ page, PDF, TJ on the review page, and TJ in the file export. We only need the first two to be complete for the CfP. MarkClaussen will have a look today.
      • GOST: LorantSjouwerman reported that when using GOST via the JAR file there are cryptic messages in the terminal. These are harmless but confusing. We agreed there should be no action for 19A, but it would be good to clean these up.
      • ECT: MarkClaussen reported that the ECT has been updated for C-band. There are still some erroneous pop-up messages that have been hard to track down but most have been fixed.
    • CfPs. The plan is that (1) RickLively will release the PST; (2) DanaBalser will test the new version on production; and (3) DanaBalser will inform DavisMurphy and ToneyMinter to send the emails N.B., we agreed to send these out around 1 pm EDT. Two issues were discussed:
      • We discussed the request to include the VLBA CfP in the NRAO eNews article. This will be released on 12 July 2018. LewisBall will discuss this with MarkAdams.
      • AmyMioduszewski reported that the VLA pressure plots are not correct since they do not include ANY configuration. We agreed since this will be at the 5-10% level it is sufficient for the call. This may also have implications for the Prioritizer. HeidiMedlin briefly discussed how these are handled when scheduling.
    • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen reported that there are two remaining vacancies: ISM (invitation out) and ETP (invitation to be sent soon). There is currently a sufficient list of candidates for the two SRPs.
  • External Proposal Storage. JaredCrossley and MarkClaussen suggested that it would be useful to have a single repository to store external proposal PDFs. These include proposals from external observatories (e.g., HST) and global cm VLBI proposals that do not go through our TAC. Most of these are currently stored in a schedsoc area. MarkClaussen will investigate if this location is backed up and about giving permission to others. We would need to make sure the GBT proposals also get put here.
