  • Individual Reviews
    • Science. The reviews are due today; the deadline has been extended for two SRPs thus far. We breifly discussed what to do about VLA/25B-000 which was somehow included in the LLA review list. Removing this proposal from the reviews or adding dummy reviewers could cause problems. We could give this proposal a 9.9 for all reviewers; this would skew the normalized scores but probably be a small effect. In the end the ranking is what matters and this can be adjusted.
    • Technical. No major issues; it was noted, however, that the VLA technical justifications were on average worse than usual.
    • Joint External Technical. The reviews have been completed. Only a few issues which will be sent to the SRP chairs and the science support person.
  • SRP Meetings. The meeting are all scheduled. We have two admins and four science support people. Since there are some times where we have more than two meetings the science support person will have to also be the admin.

  • PST CfP Prioritization. AllieCosta recently send an email with the link to the current list of tickets. The plan is to discuss and finalized the prioritization on 18 and 25 September 2025. Please add the DISCUSS label for those tickets for which you want to discuss at the meeting. We should keep in mind that JimSheckard is currently working on the special call ticket which we may need in November, so it would be prudent to leave a buffer in our two week cutout in case this ticket takes more time than expected. We should also think about how to manage future work (e.g., GBT will be changing the Large proposal policy plus adding new backends, and the VLBA will need work for the proposal caps).
• TTA Meetings. No TTA meetings the next two weeks because of the SRP meetings. The next TTA meeting will be on 18 September 2025.
