  • PST Status. RickLively and ToneyMinter summarized an issue with duplicate proposals. A PI submitted a proposal (001) and then appeared to copy this proposal and submit it (008). We also noticed via email a duplicate proposal was submitted (007) but this was not in the PST. Proposal 001 was also withdrawn after 008 was submitted. This has happened in the past but what was different here was that the time stamp between 007 and 008 was a minute. Usually the time stamp between these "dupicate" propsals is very close. Otherwise no other issues were reported this week. We also discussed moving the disposition letters/time for the GBT special call last year. ToneyMinter said these have been reviewed and the dispositon letters and time are ready. After some discussion we agreed that RickLively will do these by querring the GB PHT for the disposition letters and to enter the time in manually; he does not want to use the json file from AnandCrossley (the current method) since this will redo the normal 22A proposals as well.

    • PST. LorantSjouwerman reported that we had a handful of tickets over the past week that have been addressed. DanaBalser reminded folks to please resolve tickets. As a rule of thumb maybe resolve the ticket after one day of no response, assuming the issue was straight forward.
    • Account. AnandCrossley reported that he has taken care of a few password tickets and about 10 institution tickets over the last week. No major issues.
  • Release Proposals for Review. DanaBalser summarized the main tasks after the proposal deadline: vet science categories (DanaBalser and MarkClaussen); setup technical reviewers (MarkClaussen and ToneyMinter); generate 22A disposition letters (RickLively). We agreed that we should coordinate setting up the techncial reviewers given the problems in the past. ToneyMinter, who usually is ready first, will let RickLively, MarkClaussen, and DanaBalser know when he uploads the GBT technical reviewers. And then next MarkClaussen will do the same for the VLA/VLBA/HSA/GMVA.
  • PST/PHT Review Items. RickLively made some progress on the review tickets this week but should have more time next week. He noted that he could release these on Monday (7 February 2022), before we release proposals for review, but that since all items are for the SRP/TAC process (or Account tickets) we have some leeway and could release these later if need be.
• Next TTA Meeting. DanaBalser cancelled the TTA meeting next week. The next TTA meeting will be 10 February 2022.
