  • Proposal Bulk Download. JayFrothingham summarized the issue. Since this feature is typically only used by admins and there are workarounds, we agreed for no action at this time.
  • 25B
    • Individual Reviews
      • Science Reviews. DanaBalser reported no major issues so far. The deadline for one SRP has been extended.
      • Technical Reviews. JayFrothingham reported no major issues. We do have three GBT proposals that requested resources that are not available in 25B. In principle we would withdraw these proposals but in practice this is difficult to do at this stage in the PST. So we will deal with these during the TAC meeting. AmyMioduszewski noted that a few VLA proposal requested resources that were RSRO but did not specify RSRO. RobertMinchin reported that one GMVA proposal requested the GBT during the Fall campaign but the GBT is not available during this period.
      • External Technical Reviews. DanaBalser noted that all technical reviews have been submitted. Possibly two issues that will be sent to the PCO chair.
    • SRP Meetings. DanaBalser reported that the SRP meetings are all scheduled with the support lined up.
  • 26A
    • Software Timeline. AllieCosta and CharlotteHausman have drafted the software timeline. Please report any problems with the schedule.
    • CfPs PST Tickets. AllieCosta summarized the tickets (see below).
  • TTA Meetings. No meetings the next two weeks due to the SRP meetings. The next TTA meeting is 20 March 2025.
