  • TAC Face-to-face Meeting. DanaBalser successfully tested Zoom on the polycom system with the remote TAC member. Please read the instructions on the TAC agenda wiki page on how to dial into the polycom system via video or audio.

  • Reviewer Volunteer Page. MarkClaussen is in the process of creating a mailman account. Once this has been setup he will make the page public.
  • PST Requirements.
    • VLA/VLBA Technical Justification/Review: MarkClaussen has created the tickets. We agreed that he will add in the additional suggestions from BarryClark.
    • VLBA/GMVA 4 Gbps Recording: MarkClaussen reported that the VLBA will be include 4 Gbps recording for the VLBA and the ticket has been updated with the details. The decision about the GVMA is still pending but it appears that it will be included as shared risk observing but only included as an option in the technical justification; that is, we probably will not update the resources page.
    • VLA Updates: LorantSjouwerman reported that he has not converged with BryanButler on the VLA updates, but they will likely only be small changes (e.g., P-band). There was some discussion about where the P-band spectroscopy details would be specified. This may not be efficient to do in GOST and could be implemented in the RCT. There was some concern since it was not clear how this information would be imported into the PST. EmmanuelMomjian reported that for modes that were not available in GOST users had imported a screen shot from the RCT instead.
    • SRP Consensus Review Cue: DanaBalser will send BarryClark this ticket so he can update the text.
  • SRP Recruitment. It was reported that the TAC recruitment was done. No action yet on the SRP recruitment. AmyMioduszewski noted that it would be useful to have the 19A timeline. DanaBalser will draft this and send it to the TTA group for review.
• X-Proposal EOI. The E-News letter pre-announcement has been sent. Please test the web form and provide any feedback to DanaBalser.
