• Director's Review. There is a new date for the Director's Review: 4 November 2025 at 14:00-17:00 ET (12:00-15:00 MT).
• GMVA + ALMA. At the next TTA meeting we will be joined by JohnCarpenter to discuss our proposal on how ALMA should join the GMVA. RobertMinchin will draft a short description of our main goals.

  • Large Proposal TAC Meeting. The meeting time has been set: 08:00-11:00 EDT (06:00-09:00 MDT). Please review the agenda. Materials are planned to be sent on Monday, 29 September 2025. We should have the relevant materials on time; okay to extend a day if necessary.
  • TAC Meeting. The plan is to release any updated materials on 8 October 2025 (this may be delayed one day) for the TAC meeting on 14-15 October 2025. We briefly discussed the country caps and how we talk about potential filler projects with the cap. The goal would be to not get in any detailed discussion about the caps but to instead focus on which projects the TAC feels could fill in time based on the science.

  • Special Calls. This was tested in the PST and seemed to work. We discussed the following issues.
    • Page size? We agreed to 2 pages for Special calls in the PST with the caveat that in the documentation will require one page to be just figures and references.
    • Total hour limit? We agreed that there should be no total hour limit in the PST, but we can specify the total hour limit in the call for proposals.
    • Available VLA configuration validation? We agreed that there should be no check on array configuration, but again this can be specified in the call for proposals.
    • Vetted science category issue. This still needs to be fixed by JimSheckard.
    • PHT ready for testing. AmyMioduszewski will try to test sometime next week.
  • PST CfP Prioritization. After some discussion we agreed to include the following in our 10 day cutout with the caveat that SSA-8351 and SSA-8381 have priority after the Must do items.
