    • Science. DanaBalser reported no major issues with SRP reviews. Reviews are due on Friday (25 February 2021), excpet for two SRPs that have negotiated a later deadline.
    • Technical. DanaBalser reported (via MarkClaussen and ToneyMinter) that the technical reviews are completed. BarryClark reported that he is checking the VLA reviews and will then move onto the VLBA/GMVA reviews.
  • SRP Meetings. DanaBalser reported that everything is set for the SRP meetings that start next week.
• Conflicts of Interest. DanaBalser reported that he has updated the text on the conflict of interest page.
• GOST-->RCT. LorantSjouwerman summarized the issues with using GOST and advocated using the RCT instead for proposals. In particular, GOST is not always accurate and not easy to maintain. The TTA Tools (TTAT) project will need to do this anyhow. There was a long discussion and here are some relevant points. There was some concern that integrating the RCT into the PST would be a big project and that it will not get much use before we replace the PST. This will require significant SSA resources which will compete with TTAT resources. An alternative would be to use the RCT but just attach a screen shot to the PST instead of integrating the RCT into the PST. There was some concern that the RCT has a steep learning curve and we would get lots of helpdesk tickets. There are plans to improve the RCT (this would be done by NM operations and not SSA). Moreover, the documentation has been updated and this may help. One proposal was to improve the RCT and then modify the PST in a limited way to allow for the incorporation of screen shots. LorantSjouwerman will discuss this with EmmanuelMomjian and DanaBalser will add this to the agenda next week to finalize our plans.
