  • Helpdesk Issues
    • Proposing. AllieCosta reported that we have nine tickets that have yet to be resolved but are in progress. We briefly discussed the AI ticket asking about the intent of this checkbox. DanaBalser will reply that this is just informational. We agreed tha the ticket about the technical justification memory limit is frustrating but will be difficult to resolve. Since we have a workaround DanaBalser will close this ticket. RobertMinchin noted the ongoing issue with uploading a file. JimSheckard suggested to clean up the filename (an extension of ".png.png" which should be ".png").
    • Account. AnandCrossley reported no major issues. We are seeing the usual uptick is institution requests and password resets.
  • Release Proposals for Review. The plan is to release proposals for review on Tuesday, 5 August 2025. We need to do the following:
    • Vet Science Categories. DanaBalser, AmyMioduszewski, and RobertMinchin will vet the science categories.
    • Assign Science Reviewers/TAC Members. AllieCosta reported that this is done.
    • Assign Technical Reviewers. AmyMioduszewski, RobertMinchin, and ToneyMinter will do this for the VLA, VLBA, and GBT, respectively. We do not have to complete this before we release proposals for science review; that is, the software has flexibility here.
    • 25B Disposition Letters. JimSheckard will start working on this now that the SRP chairs are set.
    • Rejected Disposition Letters. AllieCosta will do this a day or so after the deadline.
• Next TTA Meeting. No meeting next week becasue of the proposal deadline. We will meet again on 7 August 2025.

  • Proposal Cap History: At the request of the Director AnandCrossely produced the historical caps for Canada for one user. He has since generated these for all countries and put these on Confluence. Currently this is for internal use only.
