    • CfP Issues. Thus far only two semester proposals have been submitted; there have been several DDTs. Only a few PST tickets submitted so far which have all been resolved. There has been an uptick in Account tickets for adding an affiliation.
    • PST Review Items. RickLively reported that he will probably release the filter ticket today or tomorrow. He is investigating some of the other tickets.
  • Shutdown Issues. LewisBall summarizes what we have done thus far: (1) email SRP/TAC on the proposals review status; (2) eNews to all users on status; (3) update web pages with information; and (4) update PST dashboard. We plan to do the following in the near future: (1) send out a separate email to our reviewers to ask them to download materials early since we may shutdown before the reviews are due. And reviewers should assume the telecons will not occur unless we notify them. (2) Ask technical reviewers to please complete reviews by 20 February, if possible. ToneyMinter noted that while the GBT will remain open into March this will not be with a full scientific staff so GBO technical reviewers may be in the same situation. EmmanuelMomjian noted that they will delay copying info from LBO web pages to NRAO web pages as planned in February so folks can focus on technical reviews. We discussed the effects of the shutdown on the review process. If we are shutdown more than 1 week (starting on 21 February) then this will start to have serious effects on the review process; in particular the SRP telecons will slip. We briefly discussed how many people would be necessary to keep the process moving forward. We also discussed whether or not various servers should still be visible after the shutdown (e.g., my.nrao.edu). The helpdesk will be shutdown. There are ongoing discussions about what is essential operations.
