  • TAC Meeting Postmortem. DanaBalser summarized issues at the postmortem.
  • Director's Review. The review is next Friday, 2 May 2025, 10:00-13:00 EDT. RobertMinchin, AmyMioduszewski, and JayFrothingham have sent all materials to DanaBalser for the VLBA, VLA, and GBT, respectively. For the VLBA, we should discuss the schedule in 26A and the effects of VLBA/25B-252. For the VLA, we agreed not to update the stats based on the proposal that includes ngVLA test time. This will be included in the spreadsheet but not the report. DanaBalser will review the GBT material today or tomorrow and get back to JayFrothingham with any issues. DanaBalser will send a draft to AnthonyRemijan early next week before sending to the Directors by Wednesday, 30 April 2025.

  • SSA Strategy. AllieCosta summarized the stragegy for 26A work. She will attend the SSA meeting next Friday (2 May 2025) with DanaBalser to lobby for additional TTA work beyond the normal cutouts to accommodate work on the proposal caps/special calls. The plan is to only perform essential tasks in the two, 10 day cutous (e.g., we have 4.75d available in the CfPs cutout to work on caps/calls).
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. AllieCosta summarized the vacancies: 1 PCO (chair); 2 EGS, 1 LLA, 1 HLA, 1 HIZ, 2 SSP; 2 ISM; and 1 GWT. AnthonyRemijan will find a replacement recruiter for LLA/HLA in 26A.
