  • SRP Meetings. DanaBalser reported that the SRP meeting are completed and went relatively smoothly. All SRPs except the AGN SRP have completed their reviews. The AGN SRP, with 80 proposals, should be done by Friday (24 September 2021). The plan is to linear the scores by the end of the day of Friday. DanaBalser will send an email to the TTA list when this is done.
  • TAC Meetings. DanaBalser noted that the Large proposal TAC meeting is 8 October 2021, and the regular TAC meeting is 18-19 October 2021. Below are links to the agendas. Since there are only four Large proposals which are all for the VLA, we only need to release info for the VLA on 4 October 2021. AmyMioduszewski said she should be able to have the short narrative (plus pressure plot) and the summaries done by this time. The active Large proposal reports are due on Friday (24 Septemer 2021) and these will also need to be included.

• Dual-Anonymous Review. We discussed the possibility that we may need to move to a dual-anonymous review with the PST instead of waiting for the new TTA tools. Ticket SSA-7130 has been created and estimated at 12 days effort. RickLively lively noted that the review part of the PST code is rather fragile now so a major change could cause some problems. A lot of testing will be required; we probably want to perform a mock review. This will be risky but we really do not know how risky until we start the process.

  • PST CfP Requirements. LorantSjouwerman led the discussion to prioritize the PST CfP requirements. After some discussion we agreed to the following priority.
    • High Priority (2.5d)
      • SSA-7109 VLBA help on the General page should be removed: 0.5d
      • SSA-7108 VLBA TJ box with other HSA stations info should be removed: 0.5d
      • SSA-7064 PST: remove freq avg box in TJ: 0.5d
      • SSA-7122 Modify text in VLBA "Integration Time" TJ Cue: 0.5d
      • SSA-7123 Require uploaded calculator screenshots in VLBA and GMVA for validation: 0.5d
    • Medium Priority (5.0d)
      • SSA-7059 PST: source upload parameters not validated: 0.5d
      • SSA-3109 characters in source name: 0.5d
      • SSA-7096 PST: bogus low elevation warning: 0.5d
      • SSA-5860 VLA LST/elevation error: 1.0d
      • SSA-7113: Validation issue with GBT 8 subbands: 0.5d
      • SSA-4035 Problem with form to update password: 2.0d Okay if this is not completed for the CfP items since this ticket is related to the account system. But we do want to put some effort toward this ticket.

      • SSA-5732 Available authors page should not allow adding disabled accounts as co-authors: 1.0d There are two issues: (1) we want to remove all disabled accounts from the list when a user is adding an author; and (2) we want to check at validation that there are no disabled accounts (they can be disabled after the author is added). AnandCrossley will add (1) to the ticket, and RickLively will check on (2); he thinks this may already be implemented.
