  • TAC Meeting Postmortem. DanaBalser summarized the salient points from the TAC meeting postmortem. Actions include:
    1. We plan to mitigate the increasing trend in GWT SRP proposals by recruiting two additional reviewers in case they are needed in 26B. If the trend continues we will need a more permanent solution.
    2. We plan to add a new policy that does not allow embedded links in proposals due to privacy concerns. Text has already been crafted and is awaiting approval of the SSR AD.
    3. We plan to add to the pre-announcement and SRP instructions that joint proposals must require both telescopes to do the science.
  • Director's Review. The plan is that DanaBalser will send AmyMioduszewski the proposal cap csv files by Monday, 27 October 2025 at the lastest (probably earlier). She will update the PHT and generate a new csv file and pressure plots which can be incorporated into the Director's Review report. The plan is to release the report to the Director on Friday, 31 October 2025. The Director's Reivew is on Tuesday, 4 November 2025. We plan to release TAC comments to the TAC chair on Wednesday, 5 November 2025 to be completed by Friday, 7 November 2025.

  • GBT Special Call: ToneyMinter noted plans for a GBT special call on Monday, 17 November 2025, so we plan to release the special call work in the PST to production of Friday, 14 November 2025.
