  • Disposition Letter Update. The approved time for one VLA proposal was modified. The disposition letters and time have already been pushed from the PHT to the PST. We discussed what needed to be updated to propagate this information downstream. We agreed that AmyMioduszewski would run the script, typically used for DDTs, to update the time in the PST and also manually update the PHT. This should correct the approved time in the PHT science program csv file and the numbers in the PST, which are also used by the PFT.
  • Science Program. Once AmyMioduszewski confirms that the PHT has been updated, DanaBalser will generate the VLA and VLBA science program csv files and sent them to DavisMurphy to generate the Plone tables. This will be done next week.
  • Transfer Disposition Letters/Time to PST. RickLively will confirm that the disposition letters for the VLA/VLBA have been updated in the PST and then enter the GBT letters. We briefly discussed that since the GBT PHT now handles the disposition letters that the breakdown of time (e.g., A, B, etc priority) is not longer updated into the PST. That is, the script only includes the total approved time. AnandCrossley will create a JIRA ticket so we do not forget about this issue.
  • Set Public Bit. Once the disposition letters have been imported into the PST RickLively will set the public bit.
  • Large Proposal Page. AmyMioduszewski, MarkClaussen, and HeidiMedlin will meet to update this page.
  • Active Triggered Page. AmyMioduszewski, MarkClaussen, and HeidiMedlin will meet to update this page.

  • Timeline. No issues with the timeline were reported. DanaBalser usually sends the timeline for approval by the TAC chair but currently this position is vacant for 20A. Regardless, soon we should provide this information to the returning SRP/TAC members.
  • PST CfP Requirements. RickLively reported that most items are in good shape. The plan is to release items for internal testing today (23 May) and on 12 June for general testing. DanaBalser will recruit PaulDemorest and RyanLynch to test the VLA and GBT pulsar resources, respectively.

  • TTA Meeting: No TTA meeting the next two weeks. The next TTA meeting will be 13 June 2019. Please email the TTA list if any issues arise over this period.
