  • Individual Reviews
    • Science. DanaBalser reported no known issues with science reviews. Some questions about conflicts. Science reviews are due 3 March 2023.
    • Technical. AmyMioduszewski and RobertMinchin reported no known issues with the VLA/VLBA techncial reviews. Some folks have completed them. Technical reviews are due 1 March 2023.
    • External Facilities. DanaBalser reported that HST and Swift have completed their technical reviews: no issues. Waiting for ALMA technical reviews, due on 1 March 2023.
  • SRP Meetings. DanaBalser reported that JessicaBurns has produced the schedule for the SRP meetings in March. DanaBalser, AmyMioduszewski, and RobertMinchin will provide science support. The science support person will give two short presentations (intro and gender update) at the beginning of the first SRP meeting; this should only take about 15 minutes. We breifly discussed the analysis that AllieCosta performed: only self-declared genders are included.
  • CfPs PDF Downloads. We discussed whether we should remove the PDF version of the call for proposals. For the 23B CfPs we had 84 unique downloads with 193 unique PIs and 1176 unique authors. Therefore, between 7-44% of users downloaded the PDF version. After some discussion, we agreed to do a trial run in 24A with no PDF version. By then we will have released the new User's Policy guide, which will be converted into Plone, and have cleaned up the documention relating to user policy. DanaBalser will contact DavisMurphy about our plans. We felt the best option would be to have a page like the VLA OSS which has sections that can be edited separately, but also displayed on one page for searching and printing.

  • 24A CfPs PST Prioritization: AllieCosta reminded people that we will begin our discussion at the next TTA meeting (2 March 2023). At the first meeting we will not have information about VLA/VLBA/GBT resources but these can be discussed at the second (and final) meeting on 23 March 2023.
  • TTA Tools Demo: HeidiMedlin asked about the status of the TTA Tools. We agreed to show a demo sometime in the next month.
  • GBT RSRO: EmmanuelMomjian asked shared risk for the GBT. ToneyMinter noted that the GBT does have shared risk observing (SRO), but no resident shared risk observing (RSRO).
