  • Timeline. Please review the timeline and provide feedback by the next TTA meeting. Then DanaBalser will send the timeline to the TAC for review.
  • Pre-announcement. Please review the pre-announcment. Thus far only the proposal caps and extended proprietary time has been included. The NRAO Users' Policy needs to be updated. We should include the effects to DDTs in the Users' Policy guide but not in the CfPs. We also need to include the new AI button in the PST.
  • CfPs. The Introduction and Joint pages have been drafted. Starting with 26A JWST will only provide technical reviews for proposals that have been allocated time. Please review these pages. YlvaPihlstrom suggested we include text to; (1) alert proposers that significant pressure exists at certain GSTs for the VLBA over the next few semesters---large proposals at these GSTs are unlikey to be allocated time; and (2) encourage proposers to submit Any configuration VLA proposals that can be scheduled in the A->D configuration move.
  • SRP Recruitment. The following vacancies remain: 2 EGS; 1 LLA; 1 HIZ; 2 SSP; and 1 GWT.

  • Proposal Caps; AnthonyRemijan will think about the best way to respond to community questions about the cap. We might add some context to the Users' Policy Guide.
  • GBT Large Proposals: ToneyMinter reported that the GBT will go back to accepting Large proposal request every semester staring in 27A. The PST will need to be updated.
