  • 18B
    • SRP Telecons. JessicaUtley reported that 6 of 8 telecons have been scheduled. We are still waiting to hear back from one SRP member in AGN and the chair in SFM to confirm times for these SRPs. The EGS SRP will hold their telecon a week after the last telecon window day. Since we pushed the TAC meetings back by 1-2 weeks we should still have enough time to prepare the documents for the TAC.
    • Science Reviews. DanaBalser reported that there are still 2 reviewers who have not declared their conflicts and that 4 SRPs have not yet assigned reviewers. Three of the four SRP chairs that have not assigned reviewers yet have responded to queries and are working on it. We are working to connect to the fourth using other means. Thus far the new software for the review process has worked well. LewisBall suggested that we provide a deadline for when SRP members declare their conflicts instead assuming the chair will perform this task.
    • Technical Reviews. MarkClaussen reported that there have been no major issues with the technical reviews thus far. He will not be present next week when the technical reviews are due, but LorantSjouwerman will coordinate the postmortem meeting. ToneyMinter reported no issues on the GBT side.
    • Source Conflicts. BarryClark has generated the VLA/VLBA conflicts.
    • PHT Requirements. RickLively provided a link to the PHT tickets in JIRA. AmyMioduszewski inspected the tickets and noticed that some were labeled as backlog. RickLively summarized the history of tickets for the PHT and that there is some confusion of the state a subset of the tickets. He said it is fine to move backlog up to 18B. MarkClaussen noted that there are quite a few tickets and asked about resources. RickLively said that he may be able to do one large ticket and maybe some smaller ones. So we should consider this when setting priorities. AmyMioduszewski in collaboration with BarryClark and MarkClaussen will prioritize these and we will discuss them at the next TTA meeting.
  • AOB
    • Technical Reviews. We continued the discussion about technical reviews that was started at the last TTA meeting. We agreed that the current process, where the SRP discusses the technical review during the telecon and provides feedback to the TAC, is reasonable but that we could do a better job of communicating. DanaBalser will create a JIRA ticket to reword the SRP cue about the technical review and add this to his notes of what to say before the SRP telecon. We should also encourage the technical reviews to add text in the TAC only comments when appropriate and the observatory folk should try to flag any issues at the TAC meeting.
    • X-Proposals. LewisBall summarized the state of X-Proposals. We need to address a few issues: (1) will GBO/LBO opt in; (2) how to announce them (web form?) and the format; and (3) what part will become public. The goal is to have this out sometime in March with a deadline in April.
