Status. The CfP text has been finalized and for the NRAO/LBO the PDFs are ready for review. The plan is for RickLively to release the PST to production on the morning of 3 January 2018. DanaBalser will check it out and then give ToneyMinter and DavisMurphy the green light to send out the call. DavisMurphy will make both the NRAO and LBO pages public before the emails are sent. RickLively will update links, etc. for GOST and the ECT.
AAS Poster. ToneyMinter sent a draft of the poster to the TTA list and is iterating on the poster. He has made the titles consistent listing the telescopes instead of the organizations (e.g., GBT, VLBA, VLA). He has also added key areas of science for the GBT. He will deliver this to the AAS meeting.
PST Testing. 18B: There were two remaining items: (1) VLA averaging; and (2) Browers issues. Both of these have been tested and are ready to go. RickLively has removed the Dashboard and popup messages about uploading files with Safari. For now we will keep the Dashboard message about Firefox being the preferred browser. GarethHunt will investigate metrics on browser type for the PST server. Worldwide Chrome is the most popular browser. GarethHunt reported that there may be some issues with the new version of Firefox. This has not been specifically tested with the PST but some NRAO folks have used it. Review Workflow:RickLively and DanaBalser have been testing the new code. DanaBalser will test one more item after the meeting and then if all looks good let the AGN SRP chair start testing. Session-less:DanaBalser has received some useful feedback but only for a few people. The plan is to discuss this at the 18 January 2018 TTA meeting so please send him any feedback by that time.
SRP Recruitment. AmyMioduszewski reported that she is done with recruiting on her end. Unfortunately someone from the SFM SRP needs to opt out and so she will recruit one additional member for this panel. BrianMason has one more in the NGA SRP. The Google Doc indicated that MarkClaussen has the following vacancies: 1 + 3 (additional) in AGN, 3 in EGS, and 1 in ISM. So that is a total of 10 remaining vacancies.
PST Review Inverted Score Test. GarethHunt will create a script to test if we can detect the inverted score based on a scheme from LewisBall. If so, we will use this for 18B and thus need it by 1 March 2018. RickLively was unable to track down the issue with the score that was out of bounds. He thought it might be related to the database updates we made to fix the inverted scores, but this seems unlikely since the score was 93.0 instead of the intended 9.3. BarryClark suggests this may have been caused by a comma instead of a period which is a common mistake (e.g., 9,3 instead of 9.3). RickLively will investigate (Postmeeting: indeed this was the issue).
TTA Schedule. The TTA meeting will be canceled on 28 December 2017 (holidays) and 11 January 2018 (AAS meeting). The next meeting will be 4 January 2018. On 18 January 2018 we will discuss the Session-less PST.
