  • Individual Reviews
    • Science. DanaBalser reported that most SRPs declared their conflicts and assigned reviewers promptly. We will need to deal with VLA/25B-000 which appeared in the LLA review page.
    • Technical. AmyMioduszewski and RobertMinchin noted that the technical justifications are a bit sloppy this semester for the VLA and VLBA. ToneyMinter reported no issues with GBT reviews.
    • Joint External Technical. DanaBalser reported that we are only waiting on Chandra's reviews. HST has requested that in the future that we only review approved proposals. There were no objections and AnthonyRemijan signed off on this request; DanaBalser will inform HST.
  • SRP Meetings. DanaBalser proposed a support schedule. He will make the following updates:
    1. DanaBalser will take the second NGA session for RobertMinchin.
    2. AmyMioduszewski will swap with RobertMinchin the second GWT session with the first HLA session.
• GMVA and ALMA. DanaBalser summarized the status of lobbying that ALMA participate in GMVA as all other observatories do. Next steps:
  1. AnandCrossley will produce the metric of the fraction of GMVA proposals that include ALMA.
  2. DanaBalser will draft a response to ALMA an run this by AnthonyRemijan, YlvaPihlstrom, and RobertMinchin.

  • TTA Tools Demo: AllieCosta proposed a TTA Tools demo at the next TAC meeting. Tentativley we agreed to early Wednesday (15 October 2025) afternoon.
