  • Science Program. ToneyMinter reported that the GBO science program is public. DanaBalser noted that he is still working on the NRAO science program; he will let HeidiMedlin know when the page is public.
  • Transfer Disposition Letters/Time to PST. AmyMioduszewski will push the PHT button for the VLA and let RickLively know; there is some concern that VLA/21B-286 will not be transferred because of the problem with sending the disposition letter. MarkClaussen pushed the PHT button for the VLBA during the meeting. Main.Ricklively will copy over the GBT information, including the GBT time once AnandCrossely sends him the appropritate file.
  • Update Public Bit. Main.Ricklively will flip the public bit once the disposition letters and time is in the PST.
  • Active Triggered/Large Proposal Pages. ToneyMinter is working on populating the GBO Large proposal page; HeidiMedlin will work on the VLA active Triggered page; AmyMioduszewski will update the VLA Large page; and MarkClaussen will work on the VLBA pages.

  • Timeline. We discussed the timeline and agreed to suggest to the TAC the following possible dates for the TAC meeting: 14, 15, 18, 19, 20 October 2021. The optimal time is 18-19 October 2021.
  • PST CfP Items/Schedule. RickLively reported that most CfP items are done except for the eLWA ticket. All tickets should be ready for testing sometime next week. The plan is to work on the maintenance/bug issues after the CfP items, espescially the technical review assignment bug. RickLively and LorantSjouwerman will organize the reivew items tickets and send out a link before 3 June 2021 and we will prioritize the reivew items on the 10 June 2021 TTA meeting. The caveat is that we may not get to any of the review items if the technical review assigment bug takes up too much time to resolve.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. TrishHenning reported that the TAC chair and EGS chair vacancies have been filled; still working on the ISM chair. For SRP recruitment, MarkClaussen reported no action yet and AmyMioduszewski has sent out some invitations. MarkClaussen will sumbit a Newsletter article to MarkAdams about volunteering to be an SRP member. This needs to be sent by 29 May 2021 to go out on 10 June 2021. DanaBalser will put this on the TTA schedule.
