  • SRP Review Status
    • Science Reviews. DanaBalser summarized the science review status. Overall the SPR members declared their conflicts and the SRP chair assigned reviewers in a timely fashion. There are two SRP members in one panel that have not declared conflicts in the PST but have communicated offline with the chair. There were two issues that have happened in the past: (1) The Review Type column on the My Reviews page does not match the conflicts. This is confusing since it appears they have to review a proposal but are really conflicted. They are not able to enter a review, however, so this will not cause problems downstream. DanaBalser will forward info from the chair to RickLively. (2) A reviewer had problems declaring their conflicts. This turned out to me a problem with Safari. LorantSjouwerman will create a JIRA ticket for 20B to discuss how better to inform users of the problems with Safari (e.g., message on the login page).
    • VLA/VLBA Technical Reviews. MarkClaussen reported on an issue for the VLA: the sub-arrays cue in the Technical Review was not present (both in UI and export file). We missed this during our testing, but this can be tricky to test since the PST has to be in the correct stage to enter reviews. Regardless, we should be more thourough in the future.
    • GBT Technical Reviews. No discussion as ToneyMinter could not attend the meeting.
• SRP Telecons. DanaBalser reported that JessicaUtley has created the SRP meeting schedule and that we plan to use Zoom. MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski have agreed to help with science support with DanaBalser. The current plan is to have the moderator be the host and the science support person be the co-host (we still need to iron out the technical details). DanaBalser will setup a meeting to review the administrative functions in Zoom with MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski. He will also send them a draft of the proposed science support schedule.
• Proposal Metric Issues. AnandCrossley reported no action on this item. AnandCrossley will setup a meeting with DanaBalser to review the PST output for the VLA/VLBA.
• Historical Large/Triggered VLBA Proposals. MarkClaussen reported no work on this item.
