  • CfP. Mostly in good shape. Please send any further comments by the COB.
  • PST CfP Items. RickLively reported that these are mostly in good shape. A few items for the VLA will have to wait for LorantSjouwerman to return next year but these should be minor. MarkClaussen is available for feedback on the VLBA items. The plan is to release the CfP on 2 January 2020 by noon EST. The GBO CfP will automatically be sent at this time. So we need to make sure that the PST, GOST, and ECT are released before that time.
  • SRP Recruitment. MarkClaussen and AmyMioduszewski reported the following status:
    • NGA: done.
    • HIZ: done.
    • SFM: done.
    • EGS: 2 vacancies.
    • AGN: 1 + 2 (supplemental) vacancies.
    • ISM: 2 vacancies.
    • GWT: done.
    • SSP: 1 vacancy.
    • PCO: 1 vacancy.
• TTA Meetings. The next meeting will be 16 January 2020.

  • Helpdesk: GarethHunt reported that the helpdesk was email bombed with bounces every 20 minutes with Russian text. Folks at the NRAO have put the source of the emails on a list to block future emails.
