  • SRP Meetings. AmyMioduszewski noted that the GWT went through all of the proposals but it was painful given the large load; need to keep an eye on the numbers. AllieCosta reported that one Large proposal in SSP did not have a valid Data Management plan, and one proposal in SFM used in-line references. We have no policy on the latter but standard practices are to include a proper reference list. DanaBalser noted that EGS went a bit over but also only had four total hours. There are two SRPs that have not quite finalized their reviews. Once done DanaBalser will email the TTA list.
  • Large Proposal TAC Meeting. The Large Proposal TAC meeting in on 3 October 2025 (Time TBD); the plan is to release information to the TAC on 29 September 2025 (this will probably be delayed one day).
  • TAC Meeting. The regular TAC meeting will be in CV on 14-15 October 2025. Please provide JessicaBurns with your travel plans even if you do not need lodging.

  • PST CfP Prioritization. AllieCosta led the discussion. We went through and assigned a preliminary priority for each item (see below). We want to make sure we complete the special call tickets (SSA-8351 and SSA-8381) which are in progress. So the plan is that JimSheckard, AllieCosta, and DanaBalser will test these on Monday, 22 September 2025. This will provide us with how much time we might have left in our 10 day cutout. We will finalize the prioritization next week.
