• CAS/PST/PHT Downtime in December. The server hardware needs to be replaced and we dicussed optimum times. ToneyMinter suggested after noon ET so as not to interupt GBT scheduling. AmyMioduszewski and MarkClaussen did not have any specific restrictions but want to know the date/time. DanaBalser will inform StephanWitz.

  • eNews Article. Most of the tasks for 23A are done. There were some issues getting the approved proposals visible in the PFT. CharlotteHausman reported that the GlassFish server stopped for the PFT, which uses Solr, and therefore information from the PST was not being updated in the PFT. Once Glassfish was restarted everthing worked fine. The only remaining items are (1) MarkClaussen to update the Large/Triggered pages for the VLBA; and (2) DanaBalser and AnthonyRemijan to write the eNews article for 23A.

  • Joint ALMA-VLA Technical Info. AmyMioduszewski will send AnthonyRemijan and DanaBalser the list of VLA technical cues.
  • CfPs. The plan is for the NRAO and GBO call for proposals to be sent out on 4 January 2023. We should finalize the NRAO CfP text by COB on 16 December 2022. AllieCosta and AnthonyRemijan are working on the new policy document which we should reference in the call. This document should be relevant for both NRAO and GBO; that is North America AUI facilities.
  • PST CfP Tickets Testing. CharlotteHausman reported that development has not yet started because of issues with workspaces, but JimSheckard will start soon. We built in a buffer for 23A developement so we should be okay to release some items for review starting in December.
  • PST/PHT Review Tickets Requirements. There was only one ticket listed for discussion, SSA-7582 Reviewer Conflict Checkbox Problems, estimated at 2 days. This was a bug which we agreed should be fixed. Most of the other review tickets were rather old items of things that would be nice to do. The plan is to revisit this at the next TTA meeting on 1 December 2022 in case there are any other tickets to incude.
  • SRP/TAC Recruitment. AllieCosta reported 11 SRP vacancies over three SRPs that need to be filled.
• TTA Meetng. No TTA meeting next week. The next meeting will be on 1 December 2022.

  • GMVA Block Schedules: AnandCrossley queried about parsing the GMVA block schedules to account for requested time on each proposal. MarkClaussen will have a look.
  • PST Permissions: AmyMioduszewski noted that she and RobertMinchin should probably have Admin priviliges. DanaBalser updated their accounts.
  • External Proposal Collection: AmyMioduszewski will organize a meeting with AnandCrossley, MarkClaussen, RobertMinchin, HeidiMedlin, and DanaBalser to discuss the collection of external proposals.
